Jump on the tarmac and drive all day with LIVE Natsoft timing, experienced coaches and free passengers! Bring your road or racecar, (reg or unreg) or hire a race car onsite. First time? Feel comfortable with a morning track walk directed by our experienced staff to get you warmed up and ready for your first time on track.

**Event Details:**

- Format: Open Pit Lane, Unlimited Laps (9am-4pm)

- Group Coaching 11:30am

- LIVE Natsoft Timing

- Minimum Age 14 - passengers included.

- Minimum Track Day License required (available at the track for $35 - one day).

- AASA and Motorsport Australia Licenses accepted.

- Convenient access to petrol and food within 2km.

Venue:

Pheasant Wood Circuit is only 1.5 hours from Sydney or Canberra in the Southern Tablelands, Marulan NSW. A technically challenging track, the tarmac boasts 9 corners over 1.6km with NSW's only two banked corners. Conveniently located 2km from the town of Marulan spectators are welcomed and comfortable with access to spectator stand and picnic area. Vending machine available onsite.

Details:

• Format: Open Pit Lane, Unlimited Laps (9am-4pm)
• Prices are per vehicle with a maximum of two drivers per vehicle (indicate 1 or 2 drivers)
• Car Hire is priced for one driver per car hire
• Minimum Age 14 - passengers incl. 
• Minimum Track Day License required - available at the track ($35 one day)
  
• AASA and Motorsport Australia Licenses accepted

• Please ensure all loose items are removed from the car
• Check tyre pressures, oil, water and petrol
• Petrol is available 5 minutes from the track in the town of Marulan

• Cars are sanitised prior to use
• Please arrive no later than 8:00am so that we may fit you correctly 
• All cars are manual drive - please ensure you have adequate manual driving experience
• Lap Limit: Car hires have 6 x 20 minute sessions spread throughout the day.  

• Please send a copy of your OLT form to info@raceawaytracktime.com.au
• OLT's take place through out the day. Your instructor will touch base with you in the morning to discuss the format
• We highly recommend receiving 1 on 1 coaching prior to sitting your OLT. Booking an OLT does not guarantee you to pass. If you're unsure please reach out to us.  

• All participants must wear wrist-to-neck-to-ankle fire resistant clothing (long sleeve shirt, long pants and fully enclosed shoes) or racing apparel
  
• Helmets with minimum Australian standard AS1698 are essential 
  
• Helmet hire is available ($35)

• Please BYO food, the town of Marulan is 5 minutes away and has plenty of cafe's and well equipped IGA
• Bring plenty of water - drinking water is not available onsite. We recommend bringing Hydrolyte to ensure you keep adequately hydrated
• Vending machine available

Spectators:

• Spectators are welcome!
• Spectators stand available as well as multiple viewing platforms around the track 
• Picnic area with undercover seating 
• Children must be supervised and within reach of an adult at all times

• RaceAway reserves the right to change to a session day to suit the proficiency of drivers at that track day and ensure client safety
• Super Track Days run in all weather conditions, in the unlikely event of cancellation or change we will do our utmost to contact you via email/phone/text/Facebook
• Cancellations: Refunds are not available however we are able to arrange a transfer to another date. Transfers must be advised at least 7 days prior to the date, cancellations after this date will result in a forfeit of all fees paid. Transfers must be completed within 6 months of the original course date. Refunds for cancellation or non-attendance are not available.
