• Motorsport Australia Observed License Test (OLT): Achieve your Motorsport Australia License at a discounted rate of $150.
• Professional Photography Package: Capture every moment of your high-performance day.

• Minimum Age: 18 years - if your young gun wants to get on track check out our Young Starters Package
• Licenses Accepted: AASA, Motorsport Australia, Pheasant Wood Circuit, or a Track Day License (available on the day for $35).
• Required Apparel: Long sleeves, long pants, thin-soled enclosed shoes, and an FIA-approved helmet (available for hire) OR racing apparel.

Venue: Pheasant Wood Circuit, 8 Prairie Oak Road, Marulan NSW

Pheasant Wood Circuit is only 1.5 hours from Sydney or Canberra in the Southern Tablelands, Marulan NSW. A technically challenging track, the tarmac boasts 9 corners over 1.6km with NSW's only two banked corners. Conveniently located 2km from the town of Marulan spectators are welcomed and comfortable with access to spectator stand and picnic area. Vending machine available onsite.

Details

• Car Hire is priced for one driver per car hire
• Minimum Track Day License required - available at the track ($35 one day)
  
• AASA and Motorsport Australia Licenses accepted

• Cars are sanitised prior to use
• Please arrive no later than 8:00am so that we may fit you correctly 
• All cars are manual drive - please ensure you have adequate manual driving experience
• Lap Limit: Car hires have 6 x 20 minute sessions spread throughout the day.  

• Please send a copy of your OLT form to info@raceawaytracktime.com.au
• OLT's take place through out the day. Your instructor will touch base with you in the morning to discuss the format

• All participants must wear wrist-to-neck-to-ankle fire resistant clothing (long sleeve shirt, long pants and fully enclosed shoes) or racing apparel
  
• Helmets with minimum Australian standard AS1698 are essential 
  
• Helmet hire is available ($35)

• Please BYO food, the town of Marulan is 5 minutes away and has plenty of cafe's and well equipped IGA
• Bring plenty of water - drinking water is not available onsite. We recommend bringing Hydrolyte to ensure you keep adequately hydrated
• Vending machine available

Spectators:

• Spectators are welcome!
• Spectators stand available as well as multiple viewing platforms around the track 
• Picnic area with undercover seating 
• Children must be supervised and within reach of an adult at all times

• RaceAway reserves the right to change to a session day to suit the proficiency of drivers at that track day and ensure client safety
• Super Track Days run in all weather conditions, in the unlikely event of cancellation or change we will do our utmost to contact you via email/phone/text/Facebook
• Cancellations: Refunds are not available however we are able to arrange a transfer to another date. Transfers must be advised at least 7 days prior to the date, cancellations after this date will result in a forfeit of all fees paid. Transfers must be completed within 6 months of the original course date. Refunds for cancellation or non-attendance are not available.
